We provide a quality back-up service, offer advice and solve any difficulty that may occur with free replacement and delivery of any item with manufacturing or materials defects. We also hold a substantial stock of spare parts; with a timescale for replacement parts of 1 - 2 weeks. For special parts, when not in stock, we have a timescale of 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
