STEP*
The step is probably the simplest and most versatile training device in the Standing-Strong range. There are so many practical exercises that can be done with it. For example, the step-aerobics classes, where the step is the basis of a complete training programme. Some exercises that can be done with a step: the Step Up, V-Step, Calf Raises, Knee-Up, Step Down, Backward Lunges, Curls etc. To make these exercises accessible to everyone, the step can be set to different heights and is available with or without support (37501063 Step High, 37501083 Step
Medium, 37501073 Step Low).

These item's can also be provided in stainless steel.
